Procedures and methods for destroying personal information

When your personal information is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected or as required by applicable law, we have established strict procedures and methods to ensure that it is securely and permanently deleted. We will never sell data to any third-party services.

The only personally identifiable information we collect is when someone emails us for support through the application. We delete email addresses from our support records every 90 days or when their purpose has been fulfilled. We use secure deletion methods to permanently delete personal information from our systems. We ensure that any physical records or storage devices containing personal information are securely destroyed.

Children’s Privacy

We do not intentionally collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 (16 in Europe) unless we have the consent of their parents or legal guardians.
